After being released from jail, Percy Talbott travels to Gilead, Wisconsin looking for a new beginning. When she arrives, she finds work at the only restaurant in the struggling town, Hannah Ferguson’s Spitfire Grill.   Hannah wants to sell the restaurant to escape painful memories, but with no takers, Percy suggests a raffle.  The idea takes off and so does the Spitfire Grill.  This musical triumph is an inspiring celebration of fresh starts and the power of what one person can do.
