Hi Spotlight friends,
Ticket prices alone will not cover improvements that will enhance your theater experience. We are coming to you to ask for some help in upgrading some of our audio and lighting equipment. It takes a lot of money just to keep the doors open with rent, royalties, sets, and props, and often critical infrastructure goes unfunded. We have an aging lighting system that needs some attention and an audio mixing board that needs to be replaced sooner rather than later.
Can you help us with a donation to achieve our goal of $1500? As a 501 (C) 3 not for profit organization, donations are fully tax deductible.
With your donation, we can continue to produce quality community theater events like Junie B. Jones Jr., The Wedding Singer, A Few Good Men and Sylvia.
We have a few more shows to present this season and are working on a great 2022-2023 season to be announced soon!
Support Spotlight Theatre with a donation and receive a Spotlight Theatre mask as a thank you. This machine washable mask will not only offer protection during the current Covid-19 pandemic but also in the future against the flu and even the common cold for only a donation of $12.00. The donation will help us not only during the current shut down but also help us reopen in just a few months. Click the mask above to go to PayPal to make donation and receive the mask(s).
Please note that parking in Swarthmore can be a challenge. Parking is available on the street in front of Swarthmore United Methodist Church, and in the municipal parking lot next to the Swarthmore Library which is located next to the church. There is NO CHARGE for either of these in the evening or on the weekends and holidays, and on Saturdays and Sundays, you can park in the SEPTA rail station lot. For more info click here
